Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Item must be in the same condition as when received
- Original proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items from our carefully curated collections cannot be returned for hygiene or licensing reasons:
- Fragrance products (for health and safety reasons)
- DVDs (once opened due to copyright protection)
- Jewelry (for hygiene reasons unless defective)
- Any item marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our style-conscious support team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
- Receive Instructions: We’ll email you within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Exchange Policy
Want a different size or style from our pop culture collections? We’re happy to exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery. Follow the same return process above and specify your exchange preference.
If the item you want isn’t available, we’ll process a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your premium merchandise arrives damaged or defective (which we work hard to prevent!), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
