Non-Returnable Items

To protect our community of fans and comply with licensing agreements, these items from our carefully curated collections cannot be returned:

  • Fragrance products (health and safety reasons)
  • DVDs (once opened due to copyright protection)
  • Jewelry (hygiene reasons unless defective)
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale”

Refund Details

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and it may take additional time for your bank to post the refund.

Exchange Policy

Damaged or Defective Items
